In today's episode, I will be discussing:
Judgment over your gym choice. The cost of gym memberships in your four major gyms. It's a judgmental piece from MTMJ’s perspective.
Smith machine: It consists of a barbell that is fixed within steel rails allowing only vertical or near-vertical movement. Some Smith machines have the barbell counterbalanced. The machine can be used for a wide variety of exercises.
Free weights: a weight used in weightlifting that is not attached to an apparatus.
