Qui mi sono ispirato a un episodio di Masterchef (che tra l'altro, non seguo) perché mi sono imbattuto in un paio di articoli che parlavano di questa ricetta tipica e devo ammettere che non la conoscevo. Il tortello cremasco è SENZA DUBBIO un argomento di cui dovevo parlare per forza: dagli ingredienti alla confraternita che è stata fondata per proteggerolo, è un argomento troppo succoso! 🥟
