Our guest, Kirk Fernandes, is the Co-Founder of Merit, a tech mentorship and recruiting platform for the under-networked.
Merits mission is to democratize the professional network by giving every knowledge worker in the world a world class network.
With 6,000 members, the majority of which are women and people of color, Merit is is self funded by its community and team.
Kirk has a decade of product leadership at Microsoft, Hightower, and VTS. He has mentored and managed 100s of product managers, designers and engineers throughout his career, and he’s deeply passionate about building products, brands and teams.
