This time of year is filled with celebrations and there’s one more to add to your calendar - celebrating what you’ve accomplished and not just the things that other people might find noteworthy but what you are personally proud of. This might be breaking an unhealthy habit, setting boundaries, engaging in more rest, or something else. On this episode of Purpose Over Vanity, I encourage you to review the things that you are proud of doing, undoing, starting, or finishing and to celebrate those wins with your communities of support. Being seen, affirmed, and knowing we belong is important to all of us, so not only am I challenging you to get that need met for yourself, I’m also charging you with doing that for the people in your life. Let’s also acknowledge and celebrate their wins as well.
