Al Terrell is the Executive Director of Changing Lives Today, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing excellent services and quality housing for the those with physical and mental disabilities regardless of race, religion, ethnicity or any other difference. Our outreach plan includes community living arrangements, home health and respite care. We act as advocates for those with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities coordinating healthcare and providing socialization within the community.
