This week Lauren and Nicole explore the world of EFT Emotional Freedom Technique... AKA Tapping. Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for healing pain and eliminating emotional distress. Lauren has to delve into something very uncomfortable for her and gets vulnerable, which is never her favourite thing to do. But like any good friend Nicole pushes her to delve a bit further. Tune in to find out more.
