Don't fall for the hype. You must find your own path and stay true to it. Because people never sell the process because no one would buy it. It is the end result you are sold. But everything you want out of life has its process before obtaining that goal or achievement. Success is your end goal it is the desired result rarely do people talk about the process to greatness or answering your life calling. There is a price for answering that call and that price is the process. Don't let people sell you dreams or hope without work. To achieve greatness you must be willing to go through the process.
