The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to rebuild your life. Perhaps you’ve recently gone through a break-up and you’re unsure how to move on from that relationship. Maybe you just graduated from high school or college and you need to find new routines that work for this chapter of your life. By allowing yourself to be flexible, you can learn to adapt to unfamiliar situations and take advantage of opportunities that come your way.

Our first caller, Michaela, is entering her senior year of college, and wants to know how she can find balance between work, school, socializing, and time for herself. Nancy tells her that her past experiences will inform her future ones. She advises Michaela to look at other times when she felt overwhelmed, and examine what she did to get out of that state. Tune in to hear how you can adjust to find balance in your own life.

Our second caller, Katie, asks how she can open up more when meeting new people, as she tends to be anxious while interacting with strangers. Nancy tells Katie to think about what some of her best qualities are, and to make sure that, when she is going to talk to someone new, she is letting those traits shine through. Listen in to find out how you can improve your skill at making friends and building connections.

Our inspirational guest, Ashley Bendiksen, first dealt with domestic and sexual violence in high school, then again in college. Although both of her relationships with abusive men started out happy, they eventually escalated to physical attacks and damaging verbal abuse, until one terrifying night when the authorities got involved and Ashley was finally able to escape that relationship. Now, she works to speak out against domestic and sexual assault. She reminds those who are still dealing with this problem that there is a way out and encourages them to go to experts who can give them the resources to start over safely. Tune in to hear how Ashley found the strength to rebuild her life after these hardships.

Our final caller, Jahisha, is an athlete who, because of a recent injury, has had to end the season prematurely. She wants to know how she can make sure she comes back from this time off stronger and ready to go for the next season. Nancy advises her to first look online for things other athletes in similar situations have done to keep themselves in shape and motivated during the healing process. Listen in to hear how you can overcome obstacles in your path and keep your focus on the future.

You might be having a difficult time at work or starting to feel bored with your job. Or maybe you’re moving to a different city, state, or even country, and you’re worrying about how to make a life in this new location. By staying dedicated to your goals, but being willing to change as necessary, you will gain the ability to rebuild your life the way you want and start living full out.
