In the then-future year of 1965, test pilot Steve Weston takes an experimental rocket aircraft aloft from a Southwest desert base with only minutes of fuel to spare. When he disappears from radar, controller Hank Hansen and Major Donaldson face an unsettling mystery—and an urgent decision when the missing pilot unexpectedly returns. Joseph Julian stars as Weston, with Wendell Holmes and Joe DeSantis; Edward King directed.
