A question/comment about iron: Sometimes I watch catholic exorcists' videos, and they claim that demons are repelled by iron. I am awaiting receipt of a blacksmith's forged iron pendant necklace, just to test it out. Not sure if this is the right thing to do, but there are no engravings on it, just a plain 'twisted' pendant on a stainless steel chain.
