And they scratch their heads as former Vice President Mike Pence is expected to draw "implicit" contrasts with Donald Trump over the Second Amendment at this week's NRA annual leadership meeting. Pence's road to the nomination is virtually impossible to see as it is. Will allusions to policy differences really change anything?
