 Today’s Recipe:Spooky Halloween Taco DipIngredients:
  • Frito bean dip
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • Guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
  • Shredded kale
  • Shredded cheese
  • Olives (for garnish)
  • Assorted fresh vegetables (such as celery, peppers, tomatoes, and carrots) for dipping
Instructions:
  • Spread the Frito bean dip evenly on the bottom of a plate.
  • Mix the sour cream with the taco seasoning in a bowl and spread it in a 2-inch ring around the edge of the plate.
  • Spread guacamole in the center of the bean dip.
  • Use a decorating bag or a Ziploc bag with the tip cut off to create a spider web design with sour cream on top of the guacamole.
  • Cut olives in half and use them to create spider shapes on the dip.
  • Sprinkle shredded kale around the edges of the dip.
  • Top the dip with shredded cheese and assorted fresh vegetables for dipping.
  • Serve and enjoy with friends and family at a Halloween party or any gathering.
