This week we are celebrating our 500th episode at the club! In honour of reaching this remarkable milestone we are releasing a classic episode from the archives every day for the week. This episode was all about how to dish out compliments in an authentic way that has an impact and even more importantly, how to receive them with grace. Lauren does brilliantly with Josh, but not so well with Nicole who doesn't even twig when she’s been complimented while Nicole happily accepts what comes her way.
