More about Ernest Fernandez : He is a U.S. disabled war veteran and former U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician whose career included service during Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Desert Saber, as well as assignments supporting the U.S. Secret Service and counterterrorism operations. Ernest also brings a deeply personal perspective to the conversation. He identifies as a survivor of PTSD, C-PTSD, and coercive control, and today shares his experiences to bring greater awareness to the hidden psychological wounds that can remain long after traumatic and controlling relationships.
