I was so surprised when I found out about this episode. My father and sister, Aubrey and Denise Duncan, were two of their victims. Thank you for treating all the victims with such respect. The only error I found was the reason Titch and Thomas pled guilty. It was not to avoid the death penalty as capital punishment was not law in 1977. That didn't become law until 1978. I honestly don't know why they pled out, but I'm glad they did. BTW, Brett Thomas recently had another parole hearing. This time he didn't have the guts to face me. He chose to not show up to it. Also 5 days before the hearing, he was found unresponsive in his cell from an overdose of some illegal drug He received a 7 year denial. I'm really hoping this is the last parole hearing of his I have to attend!
