"I think the first thing that you should do is not to do everything all at once. Start super, super, super, super small, do one thing and then gradually build. I've been doing 15 minute workouts every single day, and then the protein thing but another thing that you could do is listening to podcasts in the morning and doing ad from affirmations, getting your mindset straight. Because if you're in bed, hyping yourself up while you're getting ready, you're gonna conquer the day, like you're just going to conquer the day, I've always thought of the things that like working out, like doing good things that are that'll benefit me is just something that we have to do in life, but I get to work out. I get to go hunting, I get to do this. And it's why not why not do more? start out small off it doesn't work do something different"
