This week on Not Another Football Podcast, we’re joined by Steven Robb and Mark Corcoran the former footballers behind one of Scotland’s biggest clothing success stories, Bee Inspired. They sit down with Jackie McNamara and Simon Donnelly to look back on their football careers, the experiences they had in the game and how their lives eventually took them in a completely different direction. The conversation explores how the idea for Bee Inspired came about, the early days of building the clothing brand and the journey that saw it grow from an idea between former footballers into a hugely successful business. They also open up about the other side of that journey, discussing how and why their association with Bee Inspired ultimately came to an end and what life has looked like since stepping away from the brand they helped create. From the football pitch to building a major clothing business, this is a fascinating conversation about football, friendship, business and knowing when it’s time to move on to the next chapter.
