First, about my job as a technical support technician, I have to solve user tickets every day and assist people with their computer problems.
I must follow strict security protocols when I inspect servers, routers, and network devices.
Also, I have to perform regular data backups to protect the company's information.
In my job, I must be punctual and responsible because many users depend on my technical assistance to work.
Second, regarding my academic duties at SENA, I have to study every day and review database management concepts.
I must submit all my learning evidences on time through the Zajuna platform.
To become a good database administrator, I have to practice SQL queries, data modeling, and server configuration regularly.
I believe that technology is essential to help modern companies grow and improve their processes.
In my opinion, IT workers should take active pauses and stretch during the day to prevent physical fatigue and back pain.
We should always maintain a positive attitude and be patient when dealing with difficult technical issues.
Finally, I believe that all technology students should learn English because it is necessary to access better professional opportunities around the world.
