On a glorious summer evening in Berlin, we sit down with Eric Owusu and Yannick Nolting, the frontmen of the Berlin based Jazz and Afro-Soul collective, Jembaa Groove. Hot off the back of recording for their sophomore album, and in the middle of a global tour, Julia Joubert chats with Eric and Yannick about their inception as a band, their debut album Susuma, the misconception of 'inspiration' and the magical way in which these musicians come together to create.
