A common mistake we often hear from our clients and program participants is that they can stay on track during the week, but when the weekend arrives, all their hard work seems to go to waste. It's like a switch flips in their minds, and they want to do everything they didn't do during the week, including indulging in excessive eating.

In this episode, we aim to help you understand why this phenomenon occurs. We'll also share some tips that have proven effective for us and our clients, ensuring that you can stay on track from Monday to Sunday, rather than just from Monday to Friday.
