One of the accusers who claimed she was assaulted by Leon Black at Jeffrey Epstein's townhouse has had her case dismissed, with prejudice, by the court. That means that she cannot attempt to bring the same lawsuit against Leon Black later on down the line.
Black is still facing other allegations from accusers who allege they were assaulted by him, but so far there has been nothing concrete as far as evidence provided to the court.
Black maintains that he never met these women and his innocence.
