Al is as an Innate Health Coach who loves to work with people who want an easier, more fulfilling experience of life. He studied with Aaron Turner at the One Thought institute in London in 2017, where he met Susan Marmot and Jacqueline Hollows and became involved with Beyond Recovery and their work within the Prison system. In addition to his work with Beyond Recovery, Al provides one on one coaching, business training and masterminding coaching. He also facilitates writing groups for men, who want to learn to write from 'beyond their clever'.
