(American Jewish Committee) tells Ken Jeffries about a recent meeting with Jewish NBA Commissioner Adam Silver designed to combat anti-Semitism among black NBA playerrs. This was in the wake of Brooklyn Nets’ star Kyrie Irving’s recent suspension over the promotion of an anti-Semitic film. Deutch also tells Jeffries that anti-Semitism is not necessarily a political Left vs. Right issue. He also details what he feels are his greatest satisfactions and challenges at AJC.
