As a professional business coach and our company founder, Jennifer Thornton has been involved in cultivating Commercial and Human Resource leadership for more than 20 years. Her breadth of experience spans a diverse international business landscape, having managed and led cross-culture, global teams in North America, Asia and Europe.

Jennifer is a credited coach through the International Coaching Federations and is certified in several methodologies including Conversation Intelligence, Gallup Strength and Coach Master Leadership Tools.

Her background includes effective multicultural team building, executive and mid-level performance coaching, leadership program development as well as management recruiting, on-boarding and team assimilations.
