So, who will be the 10-Toe Confederation that from it, the AntiChrist will arise from? The traditional interpretation is that they will be 10 Nations, perhaps a version of the Revived Roman Empire. But what the Scriptures clearly state is that these ‘Horns’ are in fact Kings but without a Kingdom. This would rule-out a Geo-Political construct of a Nation State. It could be the case that 10 Nations could support these Kings.
