Are you
tired of setting New Year’s Resolutions that you fall off of after a month or even less? Do you sometimes wonder why you even set it in the first place? Do you often find yourself
right back where you started?
In this episode, Carole discusses why we should
let go of New Year’s Resolutions and welcome in a
more yogic approach to the New Year through what we call ‘Sankalpa’
Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word that translates to ‘a resolve that reflects your highest aspirations’. It helps you to create a path that you follow above all others. It is the idea that as you connect with your heart’s deepest meaning, you can
discover true fulfillment, abundance and joy. Sankalpas help you
take action from where you were once stuck as you clear out the cobwebs of old negative thoughts and patterns to
create space for something more wonderful, and truthful in your life.
Sankalpas are a very
powerful tool and one you can use for the entirety of your life. They will encourage you to stay on your right path, rather than continually falling off.
