Fear is the BIG, ugly monster that'll never fight back, yet we run from it and avoid taking action as if it was the boogy man.
We don't take action out of fear. Fear of what people will say, or do, Fear of what we will have to feel when we do what it is that we need to do.
Fear is GOOD! We think fear is bad but fear is an indicator that we are facing the unknown, going into uncharted territory, and if you want to do something you've never done before, FEAR is something you'll need to get used to feeling on a regular basis.
On this episode I will walk you through an list of questions to start thinking about why fear is such a BIG deal to you, why you are avoiding it, and how to empower yourself and take massive action, even when you are afraid.
