Join me today as I share with you not only the importance of taking responsibility in your life but the personal power that is available to you when you do. I am going to share with you where responsibility starts, why it is hard for us to take it and 4 ways to develop responsibility practices. I am also going to share with you what it looks like to take responsibility and leave the shame. It s subtle but it s available. Responsibility practices will allow you to feel more in control of how you experience life even when so much of life feels out of our control.
