Why is Jesus "not ashamed to call them brethren"? Hebrews 2:11-13 and the shadow of the crucifixion in Psalm 22, with Otis Fowler.
Hebrews w/ Otis Fowler Pt 6, taught by Otis Fowler with Matt Hepner, TopLobsta and Raven.

Otis opens with Eastern Orthodoxy, praying to saints and religious tradition vs the Word, then asks whether the devil can "bless" people and whether fallen angels can repent. After prayer: Jesus tasting death for every man (Hebrews 2:9), what sanctification really means, the high priestly prayer of John 17, and why Jesus is the only way to the Father.

From "Delight thyself also in the LORD" (Psalm 37:4) and the fellowship of His sufferings, Hebrews 2 leads into Psalm 22: mockery at the cross fulfilled in Mark 15:29-32, the predestined crucifixion in Acts 4, rulers and authorities disarmed (Colossians 2:15), and Satan as an angel of light.
