When Russia invaded Ukraine in late February, many Russian-speaking Jews in the U.S. started organizing direct humanitarian aid to Ukrainians. I talk with one of those Jews, 23-year-old Alice Chudnovsky, about her fundraising for humanitarian and evacuation efforts in the city of Kharkiv.
