Johnny Mac discusses Deadline's list of 20 standup comedians to watch in 2026, sharing insights and opinions on each. The list excludes comics tied to major opportunities like Saturday Night Live and emphasizes strong joke writers with original voices. Notably, it features comedians such as Vittorio Angeloni, Mary Beth Barone, Raffi Bastos, and several others across various backgrounds and affiliations. Mac humorously hints at potential agency influences in the list and provides additional commentary on select comedians' careers and upcoming projects.
