August 16th will mark 45 years since the death of Elvis Presley. August 9th through 17th is Elvis Tribute Week, and in honor of Memphis’ most famous citizen, maybe even the most famous entertainer in the world, I discuss my “connection” to the king of rock ‘n roll.
