In this episode of GODMODE™: Win or Win Bigger, William Lam, Michael Mahoney and Brady Edward discuss the importance of tewaking bad habits, why they're difficult to change, and some tips and strategies for breaking them.

As human beings, we're creatures of habit. We develop routines and patterns of behavior that become ingrained in our daily lives. However, not all habits are good for us. Some habits can hold us back, hinder our personal growth, and even cause harm to ourselves and others. That's why it's important to recognize and tweak bad habits.

Tweaking bad habits isn't easy. Our brains are wired to seek out patterns and routines, and breaking away from them can feel uncomfortable and even scary. But the benefits of tweaking bad habits far outweigh the discomfort of change. By tweaking bad habits, we can improve our health, relationships, and overall well-being.
