Hi Trin, first of all, I am so grateful for your amazing podcast, every day it is my go to my hot girl walk. I am been really touched by this episode because, when you where talking about dreams, actually, all of my childhood, childrens where laughing at me because I've always known that I would be an actress. Even my teachers were laughing. Now, it's been three years that I've been working as an actress for real. My parents are really supportive and I am so grateful to have us by my side. I've built my routine - journaling, drinking 2L of water a day, go on a walk ( 1,30h ) , doing Pilates every day, listening one podcast a day , go to sleep early and wake up at 6am , do my skincare morning and night, eating healthy food that I cook for myself, and all of these are making me the happiest version of myself and thanks to all of these things I can be the greatest person on set because I am feeling the best, routine is really the secret to get our dreams come true , discipline is the key to success, and now I am so happy to see my career growing up thanks to me , because I am the main character of my one life , you are so inspiring ( I am a Pisces too) , so I can connect to so many of your réflexions , so grateful to follow your pod adventures - take care , xoxo from France - Blandine ( @blandinelagorce)
