Paul Vincent is an athlete, adventurer, philosopher. He wants people to find their way out of their own traps so they can live their most fulfilled life. A world-class athlete, elite trainer, accomplished academic and restless explorer, Paul Vincent has spent a lifetime studying and pushing the limits of human potential – both in his own body and with professional athletes, Olympians, celebrities and executives with whom he works. Through his research, Paul has discovered new ways to access what lies untapped within us all. Paul earned a Master’s Degree in human performance, has studied with many indigenous cultures and is an expedition-length adventure athlete. The owner of Altus, a global health and wellness company, he worked with lead actors from Star Wars, Kingsmen, James Bond, First Man, Ray Donovan, Star Trek, Black Panther, Jurassic Park, Spider Man, House of Cards, Prince of Persia, and many other Hollywood hits.
