Mentality magazine is the first college publication, run by students, nationwide that focuses solely on mental health.

Vaishnavi is a junior from Livonia, Michigan studying biology hoping to one day pursue the study of psychology. She enjoys Mentality because it provides her an outlet to express those wayward thoughts that bounce around in her mind from time to time. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring nature. She also loves the quiet moments between her and a good book. She is excited to be a part of Mentality this year, and hopes to create a safe space for people to be themselves.
