It's not just you. Transitions are tough. They can feel so sticky, confusing and disorienting. In fact, transitions by their very nature are disregulating. But I actually don't think that's a bad thing!

Despite our obession with smooth transititions and generally wanting to rush right through them, I think they offer us a really incredible opportunity to realign with your truth and our values.
