Sacramento's first superhero comes from the imagination of Brent Sands, creator of Impound Comics, who grew up in California's capital and set his comic book world in the city.

With a shop in DOCO featuring only Impound Comics, Sands says it's the perfect time to get in on the ground floor of a new comic book universe, having published his first book in 2020. Now with more than a dozen titles, the universe is growing, and Sands dreams of one day seeing his creation on the big screen.
