The second annual fundraiser for the Highland Lakes Crisis Network is 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This year's theme is "Children in Crisis" and focuses on transformational living. HLCN Executive Director Kevin Naumann told KBEY 103.9 FM listeners about the event.
