Not for nothing but the President is the classifying authority for ALL classified documents. He can declassify anything he wants. Really hard for him to mishandle a classified document. Also it seems that Trump's staff was cooperating with the National Archives folks. The FBI over stepped. You know, FBI (Famous But Incompetent as some say) the same guys that have had just about every mass shooter "on our radar"...
