It's been great to have Dr. Tsipursky's lessons about cognitive bias and decision making. I have learned a lot of important things which helped me to improve my decision-making skill. I believe I am also a victim of confirmation bias and I always look for information that confirms their beliefs and rejects information that does not. Wonderful podcast! I truly agree that Leaders with confirmation bias seek information that confirms their opinions and reject information that does not.
