Love this video! I agree that leaders must adopt best practices for hybrid and remote collaboration and communication by upskilling the employees. Have them join in the virtual collaboration and innovation training for them to gain a competitive advantage in the future of work. Will definitely share this to my friends who are leaders in their organizations.
