FOX Sports shares the gift of John Madden for all who love football, with its original documentary ALL MADDEN. The tribute, premiering Saturday, Dec. 25 at 2:00 PM ET on FOX, leads into the network’s marquee matchup from Lambeau Field where the Green Bay Packers will host the Cleveland Browns (4:30 PM ET on FOX).

ALL MADDEN is a look into one of the enduring icons of football: John Madden. Centered largely on the 30 years after his Hall of Fame coaching career, the FOX Sports documentary explores Madden’s extraordinary impact on America’s most popular sport, the indelible mark he made on broadcast television and how he revolutionized the video game industry.

ALL MADDEN features candid interviews with a roster of football legends, including Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Montana, Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Bill Belichick, Andy Reid, Lawrence Taylor, Lamar Jackson, Bill Parcells, and Roger Goodell. Conversations with Madden’s wife, Virginia, and their sons, Joe and Mike, reveal the man behind the microphone. The documentary also includes the first extensive on-camera interview with Madden in more than a decade and features never before seen footage of his Hall of Fame career.

Tom Rinaldi is the executive producer and co-director of the documentary. He joined FOX Sports in January 2021, contributing across the network’s world-class portfolio of live events. Throughout his career, Rinaldi has covered many of the biggest events in sports, from the sidelines of the College Football Playoff National Championship to the Masters, Wimbledon, the Olympics, NBA and more.

In addition to his duties on live events, Rinaldi has become known for his original storytelling, which ran on a variety of shows. Among his stories, “Carry On,” chronicling the relationship between two high school wrestlers from Cleveland and the television producer who made a pivotal difference in their lives, won the national Edward R. Murrow award for best news documentary. Overall, Rinaldi has won 17 national Sports Emmy Awards and seven national Edward R. Murrow Awards. He has been nominated in five separate Emmy Awards categories, including writing, reporting and feature storytelling, more than 40 times in total. Rinaldi authored the New York Times bestseller “The Red Bandanna: A Life, A Choice, A Legacy,” which chronicles the heroic acts and tragic death of former Boston College lacrosse player, volunteer fighter and equities trader Welles Crowther, who lost his life while saving others in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
