Love this episode. Leaders should adopt best practices for innovation in the return to the office and the future of work. They can surely gain a substantial innovation advantage if they don’t stick to office-based innovation processes. Indeed, leaders should also stop following their gut to avoid mental blindspots result in poor strategic and financial decisions when evaluating options.
Very informative! I would say like to spread this to all of the people who are working in different types of companies to make plans as well as innovations on what should they do to cope with the problem were facing now, and get back on their feet to be able to continue what they accomplished in pre pandemic era. To add, instructing them on the things they should do and not do is also an efficient way along with an advantage still while working during this pandemic, that should motivate each and everyone even more.

I definitely agree! A more precise plan, method and strategy can actually contribute to the mission of the company. This mentioned plans may include both either for the employee itself as well as for the institution they are working at. Directly, helpful innovation as advantage for both hybrid and remote teams is a big help especially because of the pandemic, a lot of problems arises and requires the attention of everyone.

Very informative, leaders tend to go back all employees to the office thinking that this will be the best for the business, however, due the pandemic many employees will be against and this bad decision making might be the reason of a great failure of a company. This will be an eye opener for the leaders that this method will be helpful for their decision making

Got a lot of insights from this episode. I've witnessed poor decisions with many leaders. They rely more on their intuition for their decision making process which results in poor performance. Indeed leaders must use methodologies like Virtual Serendipitous Idea Generation.

This research-based content should be seen by all leaders, especially those who are still resistant to adjust to the new normal. This would assist organizations in determining which areas of management should be prioritized.

This episode is really informative about cognitive biases. It is really nice to be able to learn some things about decision making and recognizing judgement errors that would affect our decisions. Learning strategies and techniques especially in the workforce.

It is true that the pandemic has truly affected our lives in one way or the other and if leaders at these times fail to create an innovative advantage to survive, they will definitely lag behind. The world is getting tougher daily and only the strongest or innovative personalities will survive. Great information, thanks for sharing!!
