Award-winning National Geographic Explorer, photographer and founder of the National Geographic Photo Ark, Joel Sartore, is well on his way to completing his lifelong photography mission of photographing the approximately 20,000 species living in the world’s zoos, aquariums and wildlife sanctuaries.
