Great Imani:

Toast Time, on this Imani afternoon. We are celebrating this day of Imani by continuing walking through the book “Freedom Within Limits”. We have made it to the “Can I Do A Blog A Day” chapter and in this segment we will look at the power of setting a difficult goal as well as pushing yourself to the limit of what you think you can do. Oftentimes we surprise ourselves, because many of the limits that we have were established by ourselves. If we have time we will move to the next chapter which is titled “Warrior Talk”.
