Yes! That's the thing! Culture plays a big part in an organization, this connects each other through either emotionally as well as socially. However, with the current situation, this wouldn't be possible without communication such as collaboration through the use of the common virtual environment. I am really not disappointed to spend my time reading this article, reflecting lives is not as bad as I think it is.
What a good thing! With the situation now, addressing the concern of the employees take a lot to more possibilities to come that can be able to help the organization in upgrading their regulations for a more effective strategies to success. We should take the concern of every employee, as a result, even in this pandemic, everyone would still be able to work properly and effectively. Amazing podcast! I agree that any organization can benefit from hybrid teams and cultural re-onboarding for virtual collaboration. In order for organizations and businesses to develop and prosper, they must constantly innovate. Leaders must be able to adapt and acknowledge that traditional methods of conducting performance reviews are ineffective in a remote / WFH environment.
