Very informative it is! I can say that I am lucky enough for having a boss considering the current situation of the world right now. He let us work both at the office and at home, and it is up to us when. We are able to choose at our convenient time, and he's not pressuring us at all. He trusted us, that our workplace will not affect the output we'll pass. As well, everything mentioned is all accurate, a big thumbs up Dr. Gleb!
What a great word! Very direct and frank to those employers treating the pandemic as if nothing. Everyone should understand the situation and consider all the aspects affecting their employees works. Vaccines are not enough to solve all of this, they are just there to protect us against severe infections but not to against the virus itself. However, working from home might be a very good alternative, we can still be productive. Than you speaker!

Aside from the Covid menace, leaders must not overlook the existence of Covid Variants. It is critical that executives view these as risks, as they may become a factor in why some employees prefer a work-from-home arrangement. What a fantastic podcast!

Amazing podcast! I agree that employers must recognize the challenges from initial experience on the COVID outbreak. This will prevent entrapment with mental blindspots, as Delta and other variants emerge, turning their back on their employees. Thank you so much for giving us a scope to learn. I truly appreciate it.

Hopefully vaccine will end this pandemic, but as data show the Surge of new Variant like Delta overpowered the vaccine, there were some cases of fully vaccinated individual taht still got struck with Delta variant. Business owners should consider the security of thier employees during these pandemic, with these Delta Surge employees who work full time in office are more prone to the virus. Having a hybrid or work from schedule would benefit both parties. Business owners must see the positive outcome of Hybrid work schedule, this can lessen electricity and water consumption as more employees are working from Home and employees can have a security with their families from working form home and also can lead to more efficeint work output.

Agree that there's so many leaders are pushing for normal office returns and ignoring the delta surge. Employers should consider using the hybrid first model and address the cognitive biases immediately to avoid mass resignation from good employees.
The Delta variant is a cause of concern. this is especially true in making sure that employees that are returning back to work are protected. Yes, vaccinated individuals are protected from severe symptoms but can still be carriers of the virus. Decision maling is vital for leaders to come up with the best decision in returning to the office.

I really like how informative this episode. We really have to be informed about the facts of the Delta variant and its surge. I was surprised when I found out that immunity on some vaccines will decrease in 6 months which could really be alarming and may proved that vaccines are not really enough for protection. Being able to accept reality and recognizing challenges can be helpful to avoid mental blindspots. Thank you a very wonderful podcast episode.
