With the upgrading of Waterford Institute of Technology's research centre to the Walton Institute, WLR's Eoghan Dalton spoke to the family of the man who the facility has been named after. Marian Woods remembers her father, Dungarvan-born Ernest Walton and recounts his achievements at being part of the team which split the atom artificially for the first time.
