It's really mental stress having an anxiety disorder in what is happening around right now. We can't freely move and we feel like we are in prison. Anxiety disorder is killing me. I am also still anxious about the vaccines. This is mental torture and we really need clinical help in addressing this. Thanks for this article and coping with my anxiety somehow helps me.

Dealing with our most important needs is empowering and will assist us in developing a good sense of mastery over our current environment. Even though there's already progress in the vaccine updates I still feel anxious because of the fear and uncertainty. This podcast is truly helpful because it addresses the basic needs of connection to others, self-esteem and somehow helps me avoid the feeling of being stressed out with all that's happening in the world especially Covid matters.

2020 was full of difficulties and setbacks. Feeling stressed and anxious are what the most people experiencing especially with the new strain of COVID-19, that even it is not proven to be more deadly, it can spread more quickly as per the news. It is true that we need to address the needs to beat this such, esp. our SAFETY. Since the start of COVID-19, I seldom go to supermarket, I prefer to shop online instead. I quit my office job, and shift to a homebased one. So, these are some of the steps I did to protect myself and my family as well, and will free me from the discomfort of stress and anxiety.
